Operations Manager needed to help coordinate projects.
I need an experienced Operations Manager who can effectively coordinate the projects of Veteran Connection. I need someone who can troubleshoot and implement effective management strategies in order to help our staff stay on track with current projects.
I need this support because I need someone to oversee the operations of Veteran Connection and ensure that the projects are monitored in an effective and strategic manner.
The Veteran Connection is a newly formed 501(c)(3) and needs to be structured in a proficient and effective manner. While the organization is still fairly new, I would like a foundation build upon our values, mission, and vision. The candidate would bring their expertise, knowledge and guidance in order to help this operation run smoothly and effectively as possible.
Our ultimate goal at Veteran Connection is to help end the current homeless epidemic going on across the nation. We focus on veterans who are homeless by assisting them in gaining stability, life skills and personal and professional development. At Veteran Connection, we strive to provide home assistance, educational and employment resources and referrals, and many other programs for all our heroes, especially those who are homeless, disadvantaged, and have little or no income or even exceed income guidelines. These are our heroes who have risked their lives for our freedom and deserve all the support they need. We utilize all resources possible to help fill in the gaps left by other service organizations that help veterans, service members, and their families to improve their lives.
